Our banquets are for minimum 25 or more guests, and private rooms are available
for 20+ at Duffer’s Mill & 40+ guests at Duffer’s Pub and Duffer’s Tavern.
There are certain hours that Duffer’s will close the dining room or the game room
so that you may have a private celebration.

Choose two of our entrees and two of our
hot or cold sides along with a Caesar or house salad.

If you would like to choose 3 Entrees, there will be a $3.00 per person up charge.
Hot Roast Beef
Thinly sliced house roasted beef, served with au jus and horseradish sauce.
Hot Roasted Pork
Slow roasted pulled pork served with au jus and horseradish sauce.
Chicken Parmesan
Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara and provolone.
Meatballs
Italian Style meatballs served with marinara sauce
Baked Ziti
Pasta tossed with our house marinara and ricotta cheese,
topped with mozzarella cheese and baked golden brown.

Pan seared with fresh mushrooms, topped with lemon caper butter.

Choice of Hot or Mild Italian sausage with peppers, onions, & marinara.

Name your hoagies and we will make them, with your choice of fixings.
